Hari Nathan Kalyan advises clients on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial transactions, business licensing, administrative and regulatory compliance, real estate, land use and zoning, and commercial litigation. Hari's clients include over 100 high-growth hospitality, retail, real estate and technology companies which operate throughout the United States. Additionally, Hari represents clients within the cannabis industry ecosystem, providing counsel to cannabis entrepreneurs, retailers, and investors.

Hari is also a seasoned hospitality operator and a recognized leader in the industry as CoFounder of Randolph Beer brewpubs and as a partner in a number of other hospitality establishments in New York and Texas. Since 2014, Hari has served as general counsel to Bluestone Lane, playing an active role in their rapid development from one coffee kiosk to currently over 30 full-service cafe and coffee shop locations nationwide. Hari also advises creatives - such as songwriters, artists, filmmakers, talent managers and production companies - and has served as a producer on various theater and film projects.

Prior to entering private practice, Hari clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Roman, who currently sits in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Hari actively commits his time to public service as a volunteer attorney with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas and the NYC Housing Court, among other pro bono and charitable activities.

Joshua Levin-Epstein is Of Counsel to the Firm, and his practice involves representing individuals, businesses, financial institutions, and foreign insolvency and special administrators in commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation.  Josh’s firm, Levin Epstein P.C., focuses on the litigation of contact disputes, unfair competition and restrictive covenants, bankruptcy disputes, judgment enforcement, and asset recovery.

Previously, Joshua was part of the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & Bankruptcy practices at international and national law firms where he represented constituents in complicated litigation and transactional matters.  Joshua has represented clients in prominent matters relating to adversary proceeding litigation, the reclamation and recoupment of property under state and federal law, pre- and post-judgment enforcement, cross-border judgment enforcement, shareholder disputes, and litigation involving substantial claims.  Before entering private practice, Joshua served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Alan H.W. Shiff in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut (Bridgeport Division).

Joshua is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Jason Mizrahi is Of Counsel to the Firm.  Jason practices corporate transactional law, and regularly advises food and hospitality industry leaders on real estate, wage-and-hour, employment and general business matters.  Jason has extensive experience securing favorable outcomes in labor law, breach of contract and intellectual property actions, and frequently represents businesses and individuals in state court, federal court, and arbitration forums.

Jason currently serves as an Associate Levin-Epstein, P.C., a boutique business law and commercial litigation firm . He previously held a position as In-House Counsel and Human Resources Manager for a wholesale baking company with global operations in China, South Korea and the United States. 

Jason is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
